TAKE A WALK ON THE WILD SIDE AT
LEGACY PLACE!

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL (January 28, 2009) – Legacy Place and the Busch Wildlife Sanctuary have partnered for an evening to remember, a Walk on the Wild Side.

Who: Legacy Place and the Busch Wildlife Sanctuary will be hosting A Walk on the Wild Side. With 10 animal encounters throughout Legacy Place ranging from owls to parrots to baby panther cubs. The event is free and open to the public.

What: Ten different animals from Busch Wildlife Sanctuary will be positioned throughout Legacy Place, all animals will have a handler to explain about the animal and where they can be found in the wild. Animals will range from an owl to a possum, a snake to a baby panther cub.

In addition, 20% of all purchases made at Tossed, The Fashion of Salad, between 4pm and 8pm will be donated to the Busch Wildlife Sanctuary. Tossed is located inside Legacy Place at 11290 Legacy Ave. There will also be a raffle with all money raised going to help the Busch Wildlife Sanctuary, prizes include a children’s birthday party for 10 at the Sanctuary and many more great prizes from Legacy Place merchants. The raffle table will be set up outside Tossed.

Barnes and Noble will also be hosting a special story time for children of Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak at 5:30 at their Legacy Place Location, at 11380 Legacy Avenue. Arhaus Furniture located at 11385 Legacy Avenue, will also be holding a reception to view all of their Animal Print collections, cheetah, zebra and giraffe, it will all be on display.

When: Saturday, January 31, 2009 from 4pm to 8pm. Animal encounters will be throughout Legacy Place.

Where: Legacy Place, Palm Beach Gardens; located on PGA Blvd, east of I-95 at the corner of PGA Blvd and Alternate A1A.
